1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment and order confirmation.
  • If items are custom-made or personalised, allow up to 3–5 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Zone 1 (within Gujarat / same state): estimated delivery in 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Zone 2 (other parts of India): estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • For remote areas or outlying regions, delivery may take up to 10 business days — we will keep you informed if any delays occur.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on select items or order values.

4. Shipment & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send the courier/consignment/tracking information.
  • You can track your delivery via the courier’s website, using the tracking number provided.
  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses if the wrong address is provided.

5. Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, items in your order may ship from different warehouses or manufacturers—resulting in multiple deliveries.
  • We will notify you in advance if a split shipment is needed.

6. Duties, Taxes & Customs (for international shipping)

  • If you are ordering from outside India, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees on arrival in your country.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Non-Deliverable Areas / Address Issues

  • If the address entered is incomplete, incorrect or the courier cannot deliver (e.g., unsupported pin code), we may contact you for clarification.
  • If delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect address, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

  • Please inspect the package upon receipt. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and the item.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund as per our returns policy.
